“Everything okay! The receptionist was very gentle ”

“Non comodissimo. Bus di fronte 5 minuti e si raggiungono le stazioni metro e poi almeno altri 30 minuti. 2 notti non hanno cambiato le asciugamani né riassestata la camera. Riscaldamento/condizionatore piuttosto rumoroso. Comunque pulito e tutto sommato non male. Letti comodi. ”

“Extremely small room with an shower impossible to use no table to eat anywhere toilet seat was not even the right size and kept moving terrible experience this time”

“Tutto bene, letto comodissimo, aria condizionata, stanza molto ben tenuta e molto grande. Comodo il parcheggio, metro a 2 minuti a piedi.”

“Arrived at the property, the owner said the room was worth more than I paid and wanted more money from me. I said no. After phone calls for an hour I was told I could stay. The room was not worth what I’d paid, it was basic, dated and needs repairs and updating (loose bathroom tiles, leaking shower etc) When I book a room on a website at an agreed price, I don’t expect to turn up and the owner demand more money. I had to stay as I’d have lost my money but I won’t stay here again.”

“Ho speso 200 € la stanza è piccolissima, arriva vampate di puzza di fogna. Mi aspettavo di più. Per un fine settimana va bene.”

“Love the room was nice and no issues”

When I finally got a room, the bed smelled horrible, and I did not feel comfortable or safe. What disappointed me the most was Expedia’s customer service. When things went wrong, I expected them to help me find a fair solution, but they refused to give...

“Hotel apparently doesnt exist on hotels.com even though we booked it throigh them, have the confirmation and paid in full. When we arrived, no record of our booking and they were fully booked!! Very stressful, expensive and unnessessary. Cant comment on the inside as never got that far!!”

“Something of a strange experience. Was let in by someone living there. My room was occupied by a long term tenant. The owner explained the place is an HMO and he didn't know why the room I booked was advertised. He gave me a refund.”
